健康促進學校增能活動 學生健康素養澳洲學者交流研討會
本次活動主講人Rosie Nash教授及Shandell Elmer教授來自澳洲塔斯馬尼亞大學(University of Tasmania),共同創立「HealthLit4Kids」,該計畫多次被世界衛生組織(WHO)引用為如何提高健康素養和健康結果的典範。與會人員包含健康促進學校計畫之中央輔導委員、全國22縣市政府教育局(處)人員、健康促進學校總召、中心及種子學校人員及任何對健康促進學校議題有興趣的人,共計約480人參與。

臺南市在辦理學校健康促進多元化特色活動方面成果豐碩,積極營造健康安全支持性環境與友善健康校園文化,111學年度榮獲卓越績優縣市殊榮。臺南市政府教育局112年12月22日於國立南科實中辦理112年度健康促進學校成果觀摩暨增能研習,邀請專家學者以及推動健康促進富有成效的學校交流經驗,凝聚健康促進學校共識,提升健康專業知能,共同攜手建構安心、健康、友善、安全有活力的幸福校園。

年輕族群3不政策「不推薦、不嘗試、不購買」 加熱菸無助於戒菸與減害
世界衛生組織(WHO)於112年7月26日公布加熱菸對健康影響研究實證報告(Heated tobacco products-Summary of research and evidence of health impacts)1,內容提到加熱菸商的行銷策略可能會誤導消費者,以為加熱菸危害性低,也提到加熱菸的成癮性不亞於傳統紙菸,不僅提供與傳統紙菸相當量的尼古丁,還會釋放其他有毒及致癌物質對健康造成危害。國民健康署提醒,年輕族群不要落入菸商行銷包裝與話術的陷阱,不論是初次吸菸者嘗試使用或已是吸菸者的菸品混用,皆會造成菸癮無法戒斷,還會造成發育中大腦等健康傷害,千萬不要輕易嘗試使用菸品,才能維護自身的健康。

《在健康教育中教導社會情緒教育:應用於學校及社區場域》(暫譯)一書,將社會情緒教育與融入健康教育課程,本文節錄書中有關自我覺察融入健康體位的課程,並邀請國內教師針對教案分享其教學經驗與胃癌延伸,期望能夠提供現場教師更多元觀點,並引入更多社會情緒教育融入健康教育的教學案例。
