108學年度新竹市學校衛生與健康促進計畫推動增能研習
新竹市教育局於108 年12 月11日,由新竹市立南華國民中學協助辦理「新竹市108學年度學校衛生與健康促進計畫之健康促進計畫推動增能研習」,地點為新竹市教師研習中心,共計上百名學校校長與教師參與會議。研習目標除了說明健康促進學校計畫推動之重點與策略外,期透過增能俾使學校相關人員增進健康促進議題推動之瞭解,以利健康促進學校計畫推動及課程融入,增進學生健康。

健康素養與教育現場的相得益彰
本次非常榮幸專訪台北市立金華國中健康教育老師-黃蕙欣老師,蕙欣老師曾任中央諮詢輔導教師及台北市健體領域輔導團團員,老師的專業與獨樹一格的教學方法,設計出許多貼近孩子生活的教案,讓學生能夠在課堂當中體驗與健康教育相關的生活經歷。蕙欣老師在教學之餘,也經常到許多地方分享教學經驗,希望能夠在十二年國教的推行的方向之下,使健康教育的教學發揮最大的價值。

108學年度嘉義縣學校健康促進工作共識會暨輔導員增能研習
嘉義縣政府於108年12月20日,在長庚科技大學嘉義校區國際會議廳舉辦108學年度嘉義縣學校健康促進工作共識會暨輔導員增能研習,嘉義縣衛生局、醫師公會、牙醫師公會、藥師公會及嘉義縣家長協會代表皆蒞臨大會,健康促進學校中央輔導委員-陳敏麗教授、余坤煌教授、程啟鐘校長、邱耀章醫師、黃俊豪校長等委員也參與會議指導,共計上百名學校教師參與此次增能研習。

中央地方合作捍衛學童健康 11縣市成果特優及優等
教育部為提升學童健康,透過「健康促進學校輔導計畫」鼓勵各縣市結合資源提出多元措施,如禁止含糖飲料進校園、多喝水排入課表、偏遠弱勢生免費視力矯正、偏鄉學校口腔保健巡迴醫療車入校服務、製作拒菸宣導桌遊及VR教材等,充滿關懷與創意並整合民間資源。國教署評定11縣市辦理成果特優及優等,並於今(6)日頒獎鼓勵,盼各縣市成功經驗持續交流。

在學校中的健康介入可延續性:系統性回顧
學校本位健康介入的永續性在外部的資金或資源用盡後,相較於健保而言,尚未有充分的探索。如果停止有效的介入,新的措施將無法接觸到廣大的學生族群,且浪費在實施方面的投資。這個回顧性研究提出幾個問題:學校本位的健康介入實施達到永續性的證據是什麼?一旦外部資金終止,學校是否維持健康介入措施?在高收入國家的學校中,影響健康介入措施永續性的障礙和促進因子有哪些?
