2022 "You are the KOL!" Tobacco Control Program
 

• Aim：

To provide students with a stage to shoot short, creative films that promotes the right attitude toward tobacco and betel nuts.

• Qualification：

• Form of work：

Theme being prevention of tabacco, vapes, betel nuts, you may use drama, musicals, micro-film, and other "integrated art performance", to present your work; or you may use lecture, experience sharing, creative slogans, experiments, and other "Youtuber-like performance" to show your unique style when campaigning.
 

• Rules of work：

1. It should be educative and suitable for all age to watch.
2. It shouldn't emphasize on smoking and chewing betel nuts. (According to     Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, article 22)
3. It shouldn't have bad influence on children's behavior or mind.
4. If needed, replace cigarettes and betel nuts with props, along with warning labels.
5. The film should include videos, sounds, and substitle.
6. It should be less than 5 minute.

• Application：

(A)Complete the film and the instructor should upload it to Youtube.
(B)All participants should sign the authorization.

(D)If you've done the above, you will receive the copy of your application via email.
 

• Reviewing standard：

Experts hired by the case handling unit will form a review committee. There will be a ceremony to give the awards. Reviewing standards as following:

1. Suitable theme: prevention of tabacco, vapes, and betel nuts,(35%)
2. Creativity and structure: the content being creative and fun, the structure smooth and complete.(35%)
3. Expression and reaction: clear presentation of the film, sound tracks, and substitles. People in the film act naturally.(28%)
4. Time management: the length of the film should be less than 5 minutes.(2%)

• Awards：

1 Excellence Honor Award from each group, which grants $5,000NTD worth of prize and certificates.
1 Honorable Mention Award from each group, which grants $3,000NTD worth of prize and certificates.
